Fished the bay making long drifts picking at some shorts and a few nice keepers each drift. Eddie Garcia showed up in the morning after a long absence and telling us he fished 21 total hours down south tho catch 2 keepers. Well he did that on the one morning trip catching 2 fish over 4 lbs. When the breeze came up it slowed the drift up but made it more comfortable. In the afternoon however, it got very windy, 25 mph and more so the drift got fast. We still picked every drift but could only fish the one area and managed keepers around the boat but not everyone had them. Ms. Deirdre Howarth (Dee) a local resident, took the pool for the second time in two trips with a 6 1/2 lb flattie. She beat out a cute young lady with red hair who's name I left on the boat, who caught one that was 5 lb 2oz. I will post the names to go with the pics tomorrow. Here are the pics anyway.
