We did not have much of a drift with wind against tide even though weather man predicted an opposite wind. Picked some shorts and a few keepers aroound the boat as we tried different areas to find a drift. Bill Sleven of Washington took the pool and the Waibel family of 3 generations ended with a couple of keepers. On the afternoon trip we had much better conditions and put a nice catch together. John Martin of Matawan took the pool with a 6 lber. Bob Coughlan got 3 fish to 5 3/4 lbs, Rob Ryoul 3 fish to 4 1/2 lbs and Shawn Pearl 4 fish to 4 lbs but should have had his limit if had not switched baits.
