Sunday - A pair of 9 +s & 3 triples
A very nice morning in the bay until the light easterly breeze stopped the drift. Picked shorts and keepers on two long drifts then had to move elsewhere. Pat Lamb, Roger Lee and Van Nguyen ended up with three keepers each with Van taking the poo with a 9 1/4 lber, our biggest this year. Other keepers around the boat but not a lot. When we went out on the afternoon we knew the tide and wind would be together and thought the fishing would be even better. Picked a couple of shorts and then BANG, Roger Lee coming back out nails a 9 1/2 lber. Picked through the afternoon with some drifts better then others with shorts and a splattering of keeps around the boat. Here are a few pics and please note the weather the next couple of days. Mornings look better then the afternoons but you may want to wait until Weds.
